RidgeGate's developer, Coventry Development Corporation (referred to from now on as simply "RidgeGate"), will not provide private information about you to any third party without your consent unless such disclosure is required (1) to protect RidgeGate's rights or property, (2) by operation of law or (3) at the request of government regulators, other law enforcement officials or the courts. In those circumstances, RidgeGate is not obligated to inform you of such compliance.
No Personal Information Collected Unless You Provide It
RidgeGate has made a conscious decision not to collect individual personal
information about visitors to this web site. Unlike many websites, the
RidgeGate website does not use cookies (small files sent to your browser
by websites to collect information about you) to collect this personal
information. The only information we collect about you individually
is that information you specifically provide to us in order to be included
on an information list.
Information/Mailing List
When you visit the "Contact Us" page, you will be given the opportunity
to sign up to be on the RidgeGate information/mailing list and to receive
future newsletters, announcements and other information about the exciting
developments at RidgeGate. To be on the mailing list, simply complete
the contact information on the left hand side of the screen. If you
have a question, but would prefer not to be added to the mailing list,
the contact information on the right hand side of the page will describe
how to reach us by mail, phone or e-mail.
Web Design
Our site developer does gather aggregate information about the domain
from which you accessed the RidgeGate site (AOL, Earthlink, Comcast,
etc.), the date and time you accessed the site and the pages you visited
while in the site. Neither your name nor your email address are collected
in this way. The site developer uses this information to determine which
pages are being visited most frequently and how to improve the site.
RidgeGate's Privacy Policy applies only to RidgeGate, its employees and agent. It does not apply to other companies or individuals.
