Each neighborhood will maintain its integrity and aesthetic through the Community Charter of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (the Charter). In addition, a residential association of homeowners protects and assures the value of your residence for the long-term. 

The organization that cares for and protects RidgeGate’s vibrant neighborhoods is the West Village Community Association (WVCA). The WVCA collects monthly assessments from its homeowners to maintain common landscape areas and other amenities, and funds the administration of the WVCA, so that you can enjoy your property without worrying about its maintenance.
